Great made item I thought. Looks like it is made very well. I got this for my husband as a Christmas present.

I loved the look of the snowflake--it was heavy enough to be quality but not too heavy for the tree. It came in a fitted box, which set it off nicely--I'll purchase again!

The product is very nice, but I was promised express shipping due to an error, and did not get it. I was also promised discounts that I didn't receive. I am disappointed with Zazzle, but the product itself was decent. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't do it because you can but photo frame ornaments with no hassle, and this was a lot of hassle.

The printing was quite nice, though no nicer than an actual photograph placed in an ornament frame, which is much easier. That is what I will do from now on, instead of dealing with Zazzle.

This Christmas tree ornament is a fine quality product that rounds out a road trip assemble. We were unable to obtain an ornament at this destination and are pleased that Zazzle was able to help.

The printing is excellent.

Poor quality on the monogram insert. Excessive amount of glue and jagged edge. Requested a return number and have yet to hear back.
