Love everything about this ornament, the snowflake is beautiful and the picture was placed perfectly.

Picture quality was great! Will definitely be ordering more of these for other family members next year

I am a photographer and I ordered these as a gift for some of my wedding clients. The snowflake is solid, but each prints came out incredibly fuzzy. As a professional who prints with a lab on a daily basis, I know how to prepare and submit files. I've used the same files to make some really nice prints, but they came out unacceptably blurry.

Not well. I would not make one of these again.

A bit smaller than expected. I left the type the same size as the sample but on the final product it is very small.

THIS PRODUCT FELL APART ON ME WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF HAVING IT. MY NAME FELL OFF AND IS BENT - VERY DISAPPOINTED - I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM AND NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR REQUESTS.

IT FELL OFF IN 24 HOURS. POOR QUALITY. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I LOVE THROWING MONEY AWAY ON WORTHLESS CRAP I CAN'T USE!

I purchased three of these Christmas ornaments and I was disappointed when they arrived. I felt they looked totally different compared to what was pictured. The quality wasn't quite what I thought I was going to receive and they appeared to be much smaller than the image shown. In comparison it's like a "beauty shot" was used.

The image wasn't as clear as I thought it would be and I also felt the image was smaller than pictured and difficult to see.

The quality of this product is excellent. Beautiful woodwork with your stunning picture on the front and back. It can hold pens,pencils,scissors,markers. There are three pretty big holes on top so you can fit bigger things in there. And it matches my mousepad.

The colors are perfect. Very well put together to last. Does not look cheap at all. I got a whole set for my office and bedroom and it matches perfect.

Loved it. Husband was very happy

We love our photo ornaments and do one for each child each year. The tree is decorated with love and special memories.

The snowflake design is really cute, but the quality of the print is not what I expected it to be. I uploaded a high quality jpeg, but the print turned out grainy.

The printing is a little hard to read because of the photo, but it was fine.

This is the wonderful way to personalize a Christmas ornament. It worked perfectly with our family reunion logo this year and I received wonderful feedback from the 8 family members who received it.

The printing was vibrant and clear and just what I expected based on the design that I added.

Never ordering from Zazzle again. Placed order on Dec 4th and it shipped the 8th and said 5 to 8 business days and garenteed for Christmas and still haven't received it. I sent a email a few days back asking where it was and no response.

Not sure didn't receive the item to see what it looks like.
