I was a bit surprised at how "plasticky" it feels. I assume that it because of the overcoating to protect the printing. It looks good and feels good in the hand. We've only had it a week or so, so the durability is unknown.

The tumbler is quite tall and holds a lot of coffee, but fits easily in my cupholders. The quality is quite good and it keeps the coffee hot for a long time. One of the best tumblers that I've ever owned.

Creating the product was super easy, it arrived on time with a complete track of where it was at any given time, and it turned out exactly like what the picture showed it would.

The image came out perfectly. No blurring or color problems at all.

The tumbler itself is a decent container, the lid would occasionally get stuck when trying to open or close it.

The colors were a bit off from what they looked like on my computer. I have printed many products on Zazzle, and these tumblers didn't have quite the color quality as many of the other products on this site.

Good looking compact. It's a nice weight so it feels solid and not cheap, but not so heavy that it would be annoying to carry. I like it a lot.

Perfect print job on the colors and graphic. I had ordered two but one showed up as a blank, but a quick call to Zazzle customer service will fix it. The other one printed perfectly.

The printing and product quality is pretty outstanding. My only issue is with the paper itself. For an optimal product, I think the option of lined paper should be available, maybe perforated.
