The product itself seemed to be of good quality.

I purchased this travel mug for my business as a thank you to loyal clients. However, the color of my logo was completely off. I've ordered other things from Zazzle and the coloring was PERFECT! But for some reason, these did not turn out at all.

The keychain turned out just as I had hoped! It is great quality...nice and heavy. The only thing I was disappointed with was the shipping time. I used priority shipping to Canada which is supposed to take 6-14 days, however, it took a week longer. It was a Mother's Day present which spent 14 days in Halifax, NS according to the tracking information. It does not take 14 days for priority mail to go from Halifax to Newfoundland!!!
