I have purchased one ornament for each of my grandchildren since they were born. Additionally I had one made for our tree, and the other grandparents of each child. Everyone enjoys seeing what picture I have chosen and how different the children look from year to year. The pictures always come out clear and bright. This year I have a separate tree, just for these ornaments. Please don’t discontinue this ornament!

The delivery was quick and it was well packed in bauble wrap and then placed in a box..perfect, I gave 4 stars because it is smaller then it appears and states.

Feel like this is poor quality.

I recently ordered 30 mugs from Zazzle, and there was an issue with the production – the text on the mugs was crooked. However, Zazzle handled the situation amazingly well. They quickly sent me the correct mugs without any hassle or many questions asked. I’m really impressed with their customer service and the quality of their products. I’m very satisfied with my order and will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed with the font size of my nephews name and dates. You can barely read it! The personalized information is way too small! I don’t think I would purchase it again for this reason.

Terrible print quality. Previoisly ordered items were without issue. Leave time to have your items reprinted if necessary.
