TLDR: Not embroidered and arrived way too late :( This is the design I ordered but I did not realize it was not embroidered, which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately my order also arrived too late for me to sew it on the shirt I was going to give as a present. Overall I was underwhelmed and I’m not giving it as a gift, I’m returning it as it was not what I was expected. Next time if ever order from Zazzle I’ll make sure it’s not time sensitive. This was a big disappointment, I was really counting on this coming through.

My issue with Zazzle is about my badge orders. Seems if I don't order within 6 months they ask for authorization on a form with my company's name wail and address even though I've submitted it. All my patches are fine.

The patches for my uniforms look great, exactly how the logo and patch shape is supposed to be and exactly the same length as the other security patch on the opposite arm. And the logo stickers for my company look great as well exactly as I wanted them.
