Not as expected. Was expecting higher quality, and being able to easily read the text. Additionally, the iron on feature is failing even though this was applied to fabric that is displayed-not worn. Very disappointed

Unfortunately the Matrix patch image quality is really poor, not sure if I was just unlucky ? Blurred, can’t hardly see any green. Shipping was fast, Velcro looks decent

Never received items. No response to emails. No refund. Very disappointing. Buyer beware of zazzle.

Never received the item. I have attempted to contact Zazzle multiple times to no avail. Will I be refunded? Will i receive a replacement item? i have yet to hear back and it has been 25 days.

In ordered 3 patches. They cancelled the order for 2 of them without explanation. I needed all 3 not just one. Very disappointed. Tried contacting them and didn’t get a response

I specifically had reached out to the maker to make sure my order was being made correctly after seeing a slightly different version from what I ordered as the thumbnail of your order is being made update. I was reassured that my order would indeed to be made how I had ordered it. I even sent photos to show how it is supposed to be made. I needed these patches by a specific date. I’m really hoping that I can get them remade correctly and express shipped at no extra cost especially because I had previously reached out to make sure they got made correctly. My image that I had ordered fit the entire patch. The patches I received are very hard to read as there is a bunch of white background left around my image making my image much smaller in the patch and not the entire patch like I had ordered.
