I love the design, I really really wish the product came in pink ink (assorted ink colors, red wasn't even in stock), so I didn't have to disassemble the entire product to get the ink out and replace it from my own pens... and then have the inks not all fit. (If anyone else was wondering how I did it: I used pliers to get the pen tip off, forewarning; pen tip got slightly shredded from this act, so if you care about the pen tip looking like it went through a shredder, don't do this! The ink inside is 1.0 mm or slightly over, other ink sizes won't fit, and the g2 refills, the thicker ones, won't fit) 4/5 for no ink choices.

Printing was absolutely stunning! Just keep your writing in the little lines they give you to work on (bleed lines), if you choose to customize. Custom is the way to go, cause it's not extra, and I love that. Got my name on my little heart designed pens like I wanted. Perfect printing
