it's ok. color is bright, as expected. but the bag is super stiff. I am afraid to wash it to soften it up, as the last time I did that with a similar bag, it shrunk a massive amount.

I took a lot of time creating the design to be 'centered' on this rug. the product was printed offset from what was provided , as you can see in the circled areas. they should be "the same on each left/right side. Additionally, this is not a "carpet", it is a smooth printed canvas-like surface. not soft underfoot, and no cushion. slides around my floor at the slightest touch. Very disappointed. would not recommend.

Zazzle sent me my photo blanket and someone else's. So that person won't receive their blanket now for Christmas. I've called and zazzle won't respond.

This is a report for ZAZZLE.COM. Paid for expedited shipping, ordered on the 14th of December, for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Never arrived, the Customer Service Rep who was of NO HELP said they lost the package and would send a replacement but I would still have to pay for the item. This is a ZAZZLE problem, not a ME problem, the item never delivered but you still want me to pay for the product?? this is the definition of insanity. Why would I pay for a product that never delivered, and even if it did, why would I be charged for something that was out of my hands and note delivered when guaranteed. This company is so unprofessional, the customer service reps do not communicate well, they do not understand, and I will make sure I never recommend this company. So beyond disappointing and unprofessional.

The worst quality I've ever seen. I expected a soft, plushy feel. The pictures aren't as clear as I'd hoped and the blanket feels cheap and shoddy. I'm so disappointed.

The blanket has great quality and arrived pretty quickly. Even though the pic used was 20+ years old, the overall quality was great! It was a gift for my friend and she loved it.

I initially got this as a sample for my outdoor art shows. However, I was so impressed with the quality of both the printing and the bag itself that it has now become my go-to bag!

The blanket came out great except for one picture. It looks horrible. It is darker than the proof. It was noted that the picture may come out blurry but it's much worse than that. I've ordered several blankets woth the same alert and they came out great. This one picture...not so much. Ither than that the blanket is great, fast shipping, decent quality. I may reorder and replace the bad picture.

All I did was increase the number of the SAME item on my order ON THE SAME DAY the original order was placed. The deliveries were more than a week apart and the additional totes were a lighter colored and weighted fabric. The additional totes weren't the same size, the same weight or the same quality. These were for a holiday giveaway to my clients. I was disappointed with past Zazzle orders and gave them another chance. This is clearly disappointing and my last order.

I purchased 7 blankets from Zazzle for gifts for kids and all of them look great. Personalization was exactly as ordered. Very pleased!

I ordered a Tartan Clan Wallace Red Plaid Large Christmas Stocking to match my son's bagpipe band kilt. This is the only place I found that carried this plaid. My son loves it! Good quality, fast delivery.

Horrible.. never received.. was told it was lost and they would send a replacement.. it never happened. Never again
