Inconsistent quality. I updated the quantity of my order on the same day and shortly after placing my original order. It was treated as two separate orders. The quality of first portion of the order was excellent. The second portion items were a different color, fabric, size and quality. All of these were for my clients. I paid the same for all items but the differences between the two orders was too obvious and embarrassing to me.

The blanket came out WONDERFUL! It was a gift for a family, and they loved it. Thank you so much! Will use ya'll again for my next project!

The quality of the bag and the picture I uploaded were good. However, the “stock” photo of an adult schnauzer was left on the backside of the bag, which I didn’t want. I didn’t find out until my daughter opened it on Christmas. A picture of her puppy and his name were on the front of the bag, but a picture of an adult dog (with her puppy’s name) was on the bag. That looks very weird. I was very careful when I ordered and made sure the preview was what I wanted.

This was to arrive by Dec 27th. I paid extra for this item. The shipping label was created and it's still awaiting drop off. Very disappointed in this seller/creator. Very tacky. Want refund in full.
