I ordered this customized pillow for my daughter sweet sixteen which her party was a week after i got my order and the pillow didn’t zip up when you order something your excited waiting for it to arrive especially for a big event like that now i have to bring it to a cleaners to be repaired and spend more money that isn’t fair i feel like my money was taken and the person who customized this pillow was aware of the broken zipper still decided to send it out i will never order from here again.

1st pillow was missing the zipper, leaving a tag showing through the pillow that couldn't be removed. They sent a replacement, really didn't think it would arrive on time or correctly. They surprised me! Came the day it was needed as they shipped it overnight, and the pillow was correct with zipper! My daughter loves it, & it was a hit at the baby shower! There was no additional expense to me to get the replacement or have it shipped on time! Thank you so much!!!

The product itself was very nice and as described. The delivery process was not good. It arrived a week after it was promised so I had to give a photo of it the the gift recipient.
