Printing was perfect. I did have to order again because my image was upside down on the back of the pillow, it was entirely my fault, but customer service was exceptional.

When I was designing it I had a warning that popped up saying the photo may not be large enough. I debated on what to do ( I ordered the medium)....decided to go for it. If it was truly awful, I'd still have a use for it. But it was beautiful!

This product falls far short of the 12x16 inches claimed.
