Got the email that my product was delivered, excitedly I went to pick it up as it was a father’s day gift. When arriving I realized I was sent someone else’s order, it wasn’t even a baseball it was a mug. Very disappointed as this was late coming and was a first father’s day gift.

Unfortunately my experience with one item I ordered for Father's Day hasn't been a good one. However, the remainder of items on the order are great! Arrived quickly and great quality. The one item hasn't arrived and it was ordered late May. It's now June 26th and in reviewing the package it was shipped on June 17th. It's been to approximately 5 UPS facilities. At one time it was in Forest Park, IL and then went to Carol Stream, IL and then back to Forest Park, IL. Now it says processing. I'm not sure how and why this happens. I know it's not the fault of Zazzle but I'm not happy because this was a gift for my son for his 1st Father's Day. Hopefully I will receive it soon.

For the items I've received they've been great except I ordered some golf balls for my husband and the print was soooo small you couldn't even read it. I had to reorder and didn't get a refund as requested. Zazzle said they couldn't refund an item I wasn't happy with.

I bought the baseball for my dad for fathers day. Being a huge fan of baseball, he was thrilled! It was a great price and arrived right on time. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get a unique gift for that someone special.
