Listing says lamps are cordless so I ordered 12 with a custom monogram to use as centerpieces at an event. Spent over $700 and can’t use them as I need them to be cordless!

I am more than pleased with my lamp. The first one received had a flaw. Customer service responded very quickly and expedited a replacement. Zazzle is a company I am happy to support. A+++++

Fitter/framework of lampshade was built poorly. The lampshade was was loose in the box when shipped but not damaged. The frame was actually built crooked and had to be carefully bent in order to make the shade sit level. The silver metal coating on the ring of the frame was flaking/peeling off all over the shade. Of course I knew the shade would have a seam at the back but did not know that there would be 2 other mis-matched "breaks" in the picture that was printed on the shade.

Perfect lamp for my daughters room.

I was sent the product with the wrong name on it. I’ve tried to contact Zazzle and the artist several times to make an exchange and neither can be bothered to respond. This website is a sham, never do business with them! What a waste of money!

Matched perfectly with my son’s new bedroom set! I searched high and low all over the internet for the perfect lamp! I’m so glad I came across Zazzle!

Polyester shade has flaws in the pattern where unfinished clear spots are very noticeable when lamp is on. Will return & reorder in linen shade in hopes print quality has no flaws.

Bought two matching lampshades for a pair of lamps. The shades look good, but the shade support was not welded on correctly. As a result the shade is tilted on the lamp. There is no way to bend it or straighten it up. Poorly made or no QC.

I like the lamp shades but they sent the wrong color base.
