I just received the 2inch plate and embosser tool. While the design is very pretty. You have to press so hard and put all your weight on the embosser to make an imprint. My hand was so sore, after making just a few. It does not work at all like in the video. I’m wondering if I received a defective embosser? Had I known it would be this difficult to make an impression with the embosser tool and plate, I would not have purchased them.

Not sure if the ink pad doesn’t have enough ink or the intricacies of the stamp are not carved out enough to pick up the ink. When I ink the stamp the image does not transfer fully. The image is broken whereby none of the ink is dark enough, some of the image is missing due to not inking properly. I feel as if I wasted my money. Cannot use the stamp at all. Exactly what I was looking for. Good quality!

I ordered the 6.4cm size, expecting the actual stamp to be this size, not the wood handle. The stamp itself measures 4cm. Lesson learned.

This was easy to design online and it shipped quickly! I will be using it to create hang tags for my retail store and so far it has worked great, even on very thick cardstock.

This was a wonderful, personal (and inexpensive) gift for a young couple who have fairly recently moved into their new home. I added ink pads, envelopes, etc. and it was happily received!

The stamp is easy to use and done correctly. I did not change the size of the stamp and ordered as presented. I am disappointed with the size of the printed address. It is to small to easily read.

These turned out beautiful! Better than expected.

I was very disappointed ☹️ to see that the red crystal heart was not truly all red, but in fact just a clear glass with a paper picture of a red crystal glued to the back. It’s a little cute, but this for me was not really worth all the waiting … I don’t feel this is beautiful enough to give as a gift like I was planning to do … it’s very sad 😔 I was really looking forward to this … 😮‍💨

I had ordered one months ago and it was lost so had to reorder and i was worried because it was somewhat custom and all i had to do was select “ reorder”. Loved it then and love it now. So cute! Very reasonable price too and good quality.

This order was never received. Unfortunately, when I originally made the purchase, I listed my previous shipping address. I don't know what happened with that shipment, but I went to my old address and the tenants hadn't seen anything dropped off. I set up another purchase, which I have received. I would like a credit for the original order, which was not received.
