The product is a great design but text on the address is too small to be legible when stamped. It doesn't meet its purpose to be used on envelopes.

it was quite easy to deal with once I get the hang of it, had to clean the ink abit before I stamp the next item, but otherwise than that it was ok. it meet my expectations and more.

So far the quality is fine. I've had this rubber stamp for only a week, and so far so good.

Note: the stamp image was initially made too large and did not match the image as laid out on the online template. However when this was brought to the attention of Zazzle, they replaced it right away with a new one made to the correct dimensions. Excellent service!
