The wax seals look exactly like the mock up and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I like the stamp but what I don’t like is that the E’s in our last name are not very visible. The E’s on “street” are smaller and more visible. And it’s our last name so that’s why I am rating it 2 stars. Also, there is no plate or plastic cover to put the stamp on when not in use so it’s just flipped on my desk…

Cannot find where to purchase the ambassador tool and have requested help several times from Zazzle and had zero response I guess I will have to return the plates because they are worthless without the tool

I'm very disappointed with this embosser tool and plate. I bought it to emboss card stock -- to create custom stationery, but no matter how hard I press down on this thing, it does not produce a nice, fully detailed seal. Many parts of the design just do not appear. (See photo. All the detail within the flower petals and flower center is missing). If I use everyday paper, like printer paper, and if I really press down HARD, then I can get a nice, detailed seal, but I didn't buy this thing to emboss printer paper. Disappointing waste of money...

The stamp was much smaller than the block it was mounted on.

The stamp is crocked. When you stamp the envelope is it not straight.

I'm very pleased with my order. Just what I requested

First attempt had wrong address 2nd attempt made it to in queue to be shipped but never did and can’t be traced 3rd attempt same as 2nd Embosser was gift for my daughter-in-law that she really wanted. Would rather have her receive the embosser but at this point I’d settle for my money back.

Just got my stamp not too long ago, no issues so far. I’ve only tested it on our sample invites and it came exactly as I ordered it with the font.
