Stamp is just horribly made. The etching pile is not high enough to create a clean stamp. The stamp is not smooth either. The cutouts of the design are roughly cut and show up when stamping. Super disappointed.

After using for the third time, the ink did not show up on half the letters. I needed this for my crafts. May I send it back?

I have emailed the company twice now explain that the middle of the stamp-no matter how hard you press-does not show up. I have received no response. The issue is not being dealt with and therefore the money-back guarantee is not truthful.

I dont know if its the ink pad provided? But the stamp NEVER comes out right. Half is always missing

I like the idea, however it's not printing in deep color. I thought it would print and like great just like in the pictures. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Just the right size for the desk or mantle, makes for a very nice travel present.

Omg this os perfect I am ordering another one.

I used the recommended text size from the website but the stamp is way too small for a return address. The lettering is so thin that you can hardly see it and it wipes away when stamped even after I let it dry for a few minutes. Really disappointed with this -- I'll need to get another stamp.

Seller did not respond at all when I messaged her right away after my purchase about changing the address to go to a different place. She didn't help me cancel and resubmit the order or anything. Just crickets. Now a pink unicorn frisbee is going to some random person's house, and my friend's kid (who apparently moved houses) is going to be without a gift they were promised and I'm out $20. This all could've been easily avoided if this seller responded at all.
