I customized this paperweight with my own photo as a gift for a friend whose dog had recently passed on. It arrived in a pretty box with a satin liner protected by an outer box. Their face was in awe as they opened the inner box. It is sturdy and has some weight to it. Shiny. Personalized. Impressive quality. A special keepsake that meant the world to them. I was very happy.

Overall, the printing is great. The logo design is tight so it prints light 20% of the time but the lettering is bold and perfect all the times we have printed!

I don’t think they have even done the product or even sent it out. This is a complete joke. It has passed more than 10 days and the product has not even been sent out. Contacted support and they said they will send a replacement and wait for the email with new tracking number … same joke no email no product nothing . Falta de seriedad total ! Best to deal directly with the creator and not this joke
