Having ordered a number of custom order products from other suppliers I can say categorically the quality and customer service from Zazzle is top notch vs. the others (and negative experiences with these others). I was quite overjoyed with the results of my first order from Zazzle (and the entire process and customer service when encountered a supply issue). Full marks and have ordered multiple items before doing this specific review. I applaud the customer service in particular as being fast, responsive and fair. Couldn't ask for more!

The design of this particular buy is quite individual to my needs as a promo item. It is very subtle and came out exactly as I expected. Essentially names a presentation series on the watch which is about AI and tech. The design, and allowing for lines of actual text within the code, was perfect for my needs.Well thought out by the creator. I added a colour match watch band but the original band was of good quality and used it on another watch.

I customized this watch to remember the date of a big event in my life, and added some small symbols to remind myself to be grateful. It was a great, malleable design and a high-quality product.

Image quality is good although the design I chose was easier to make out on the online preview than on the watch itself.

the whole product turned out exactly as I expected. I now have four different ones.

will be difficult to teach her to tell time with the low visibility of the numbers. Well made versus the other child watches out there. Overall I'm pleased. Just wish someone would have brought it to my attention how difficult the numbers were going to be to read. I would have made them a brighter color.

I can't see the white numbers. Wish someone could have advised me before printing. oh well.
