The printing was perfect on the 18 lb tissue. On another occasion I ordered 10 lb in two designs and both had a white line down the center fold. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved right away.

I absolutely love this print! It's perfect for the DIY'er in your family. The picture is so crisp and the colors make you feel like you are out on snow covered lawn watching Santa come in for a landing. The quality of the paper almost assures that anyone can decoupage this with no wrinkles. I haven't found any place else that can assure this quality of print every single time. I love the rich colors and the design. But I don’t like how long it takes to receive items from Zazzle.

...but I wish I'd known you shipped with UPS... what started out as a good deal ended up costing me an extra FIFTY BUCKS because of UPS's "customs brokerage" BS. I'm afraid I cannot justify ever ordering from you again because of this.

Eventually, when UPS deigns to drop it off, I'll find out.

I'm really happy with how this looks and I can't wait to do the secretary desk!
