The base arrived cracked. It came as a framed photo cutout, by the title "Coton de Tulear - Waiting Statuette" I thought it would be a statuette, not just a photo.

Printing is fine. I did think I selected a color other than black, but am not positive.

The photo sculpture far exceeded my expectations. It is well crafted and looks lovely. Thank you for helping me preserve the memory of my dog companion of 13 years!

Can out great wish had option to highlight and plan the cut using online tools to show what all to be cut to create the sculpture based on style and design needed.

The picture is very clear, shiny, and bright. I chose 5x7, and I would not go any smaller than that for these kinds of pictures.

The picture came out with perfect high quality detail. Very clean cut, get size, love it! Only went down a star because the magnets are not very strong. Will def put on side of fridge but fear it would fall off an open and closing door. Would still order again tho! Love it

I thought it was a great idea but the size was way to small for that type of picture. It's hard to know this from the order process. The next size up I think would of been too big but again it's hard to say because you have no idea what to expect.

Thought it turned out pretty good for not knowing what they would actually trace for me. It would be nice to be able to see.
