I received my 1st order in the mail but the packaging was opened and the ornaments were not inside. I was so sad. I was pretty sure it was a porch bandit who had opened it. But I contacted Zazzle first just to see if there was anything they could do. There were no questions asked and they quickly sent me a replacement ornament that arrived before Christmas so I could give it to my son & daughter-in-law!
