The image is exactly how I pictured it. However, I did not receive the keychain hardware so I am just left with a square and nothing to attach it to. I’ve tried to contact Zazzle on four different occasions now, but they make it very difficult considering there is no more customer service phone number, the chat is a bot, and when you ask for a live agent, you’re waiting there for far too long and they never come. To the seller: if you are seeing this review and you can send me the hardware for the keychain that would be great

I absolutely love this keychain, the design and scripture are beautiful and it feels well made. The photos honestly don’t capture how nice it looks in person.

This is wonderful! I wanted a way to display loved ones lost, who were also brothers, and Zazzle did an excellent job. I highly recommend Zazzle. If this doesn’t suit your needs, there are lots of other options.

I buy a lot of these and every once in awhile the strap buckle falls apart but the actual tag is beautiful
