Customer service sent me an email to confirm exactly how I wanted these luggage tags to look. That was a wonderful customer service touch. They are very strong durable tags. I chose not to use the leather strap that they came with. I have found these leather straps not to be reliable. I reused previous solid plastic straps to attach them to my luggage.

THE PRINTING THAT I PICKED OUT WAS TOO SMALL TO BE SEEN. THE PLACEMENT WHICH I DID OF THE INFORMATION WAS NOT EASILY READABLE, ESPECIALLY THE NAME. AT THE TIME OF DRAFTING LUGGAGE TAG DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I COULD ADJUST AND ADD TO THE TAG. RETURNED TO ZAZZLE WHO TOOK CARE OF SITUATION.

IT WAS BEAUTIFUL, COLORFUL AND VERY APPROPRIATE SINCE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN VINEYARD AND MAKE THEIR OWN WINE.
