There was enough space for me to include my son’s degree, college, date, etc. I haven’t seen one like this before. Love it!

The design and printing was perfect.

This one was different then the other one I ordered. I didn't realize this was a photo behind plastic. I thought it would be like the other one I order of my son. It was nice but not as nice as the picture on the ceramic. I am not even sure how I didn't notice the difference in printing.

I cannot express how pleased I was with the keychain I ordered. The quality is awesome! Not only that, but I am so impressed with the service your company showed. This item was ordered late evening on December 14th and was delivered to my door by 11:00 am December 18th. That is beyond amazing!! Just to put this in perspective.....this item was made and shipped from Arizona USA and I live in a small village in northern Ontario, Canada. I did not expect to get it before Christmas but I'm absolutely thrilled. By noon it was wrapped and under my Christmas tree. It is for my senior neighbor who lost his little buddy after 14 years. Hats off to this company and staff for not only a great quality product but the amazing service. I will certainly be ordering more from you and passing the word around about your super company. The printing was excellent- the font at the bottom of the picture came out a little smaller and lighter than I wanted but that’s ok. The picture of my Sweet Mom wasn’t blurry so that’s what was more important to me.

I ordered 2 of these luggage tags for my sister for Christmas, She’s OBSESSED with The Nightmare Before Christmas and let me tell you the tags are so CUTE!! They are sturdy, thick but look very Nice!!!

Everything from the font I chose to the characters and all it was perfect! I hosnesly would t hesitate to buy from them again and definitely ordering some luggage tags for myself!!

While I like the idea that the ornament looks like wood, it is not actually wood. However, as a 5th wedding anniversary (which is wood) it is fine.

I never used Zazzle before. I ordered an engagement ornament for my son and his fiancé mid November. I had been tracking the shipment after being notified it was on the way. I live in MA they live in CA. The order suddenly stopped being tracked Nov 30 in CA. I waited 10 days and realized it must be lost. I figured I was out the money and by now too late to get for Christmas. Decided to try and contact the company but figured I would be in phone hell. Not only did a rep answer on the 3rd ring, they said it looks lost. "Let's get that remade asap, no charge and we will overnight at our expense." I was so impressed! My son and fiancé received and they love it. Will definitely recommend this company!
