Everything was perfect

It says the order shipped on December 21st. I was hoping to give it as just a late Christmas gift but it never arrived. The tracking number isn’t even valid so I can’t even figure out where the package is. I was super excited for this product but it’s just been a bad experience unfortunately.

Never arrived. I can’t review how the printing turned out because I never even received the item. It’s a shame.

the product is amazing, however I do have complaints about the shipping process. The ONLY thing wrong was that there was a 5 day delay from when it said it shipped til it was actually shipped, therefore it technically arrived early but not soon enough. I was unhappy with it not making it in time for the gift exchange on FRI as it was due to be delivered on the MON after. However, on FRI I received a notification that it had been delivered, but I was 4 hours away from my house with the person who was supposed to be receiving it. If it had actually shipped on the day it was listed as shipped I would have had it with days to spare. Please don't list things as shipped until they actually are not just when the shipping label is created.

Image is a little dark but is still good.

I like the variety of options available to create a fram for your personal preference.

The photos are perfectly clear and the glas block frame is nice and heavy.

This was easy to create and came out just as I wanted. I like how heavy and sturdy it is.

The printing was perfect

I liked the patterns that formed in the middle and on the edge of this project. And the white on blue colors.

Our Pug Scout passed December 3rd and we were heartbroken. The ornament was delivered on December 23rd. It was tough seeing her as a puppy for her first Christmas on the ornament but it was also comforting knowing she was with us when we needed her the most. Thank you so much, we are grateful that we can remember her as she was

The printing turned out as good as can be expected, only because I sent in a fairly bad copy of an original, actual photograph and they did the best they could with the material I sent. Thank you again for giving us what we were hoping for and really needed at a very difficult time.

Unfortunately I never received this…don’t know if it got lost in transit but I’ve lost hope of it showing up. I don’t know how to contact anyone to get another one sent

I was expecting this to have a curved front similar to a puffed ornament but it arrived flat. It is only an illusion that it is thick. The ornament is very nice looking and printed perfectly

Had this made for my son and his girlfriend it was amazing. it is a heavy plastic and the coloring was excellent.

The printing was perfect no fading or dark in areas very vivid.
