clipboard was supposed to have the design on the back of the board & blank on the front. clipboard arrived with design on the front and nothing on the back....this is not what i ordered.

I am so confused by this product. Why is it two pieces?? One piece affixes to the wall with screws that are included. The screws are the right size. But the second piece (the picture) is affixed to the wall plate with adhesive and the hardware holes are way larger than the screws that came with it. And the adhesive doesn't stick so several times a day the top piece falls onto the floor. What am I missing??

Quality of print is excellent. Hanging hardware was horrible. Needed to use other sinkers as the ones sent literally snapped off in the wall.

When I was ordering this, it showed my quantity as 1 but was charging me for 2 I was very confused. When I researched why that might be it said things like this sometimes charge by the side. I am going to return one and I hope that you guys fix this problem for the near future.

I ordered 2 items through this company and both were horrible. This item is listed as white Carrara Marble, which is a lie as there is absolutely no marble on it whatsoever. It is acrylic with a thin piece of marble looking Formica. I have had to go out and have new ones made. Stay away from this company!

The production of the design is beautifully true to the original. Unfortunately I didn’t understand there was no place to put a hidden address which the photo seemed to have.

Personalization was missing despite multiple attempts to contact the merchant with the information. The generic Ranger name shown on the site’s page was delivered instead. Not useful as a gift for someone with a different name. Disappointing.

The gold clasp on the strap was broken in 2. After closely looking at it I realized the clasp was very cheap! I didn’t have time to mail it back, as it was a gift, so had to buy a luggage tag and replace using the strap on the one I bought. I can’t believe you didn’t see the broken piece before making!!
