Slightly disappointed, must not have read the details. Apparently these are not Caprese shells, but rather a painted on version with a plastic shield. All my shields fell apart the next day I had to glue them back together.

I ordered this thinking how beautiful it looks and that it’s textured. I get it and was shocked that it was just paper behind a clear plastic thing. It doesn’t sit against the wall all the way and I put it up (until I got a new one I ordered) and the same day the face place just fell off! Waist of money!

The second time around it was perfect. The first tray arrived cracked. I had it sent directly to a friend celebrating her 70th birthday. I was so disappointed to find out it arrived damaged but Zazzle correctly it very promptly.

The product seems to be high quality and exactly what I expected. However, I bought these as a gift for folks that we were going on a cruise with and was initially told that they would arrive by the Monday before our departure. They didn't arrive until almost a week and a half after that and we had already left on out trip.

Purchased six of these tags (3 for my husband and 3 for me) for an upcoming cruise on the Queen Mary 2. They’re lovely! Sturdy and beautifully crafted. We can’t wait to use them - they will add a special flair to our luggage!
