I didn’t receive 2 out of 3 of my order, i’ve made 2 emails, one just regularly and one to returns like I was told to. this product is fine but the service is crap

I'm still waiting for my order! I ordered 50 ornaments on December 2nd and still nothing!! They were to go out with my Christmas cards. Today is the 19th and still no word. This is sad and totally unacceptable!

This is the second time that I have ordered officer plaques through this company. I paid extra to make sure they would be here for my dinner tonight. Once again this company has failed me. I am formally requesting a refund.

-quick shipping, solid tag, nicely printed and accurate to the last punctuation mark. If I could redo it, I'd put my text upside down on the one side so that the 2 sides would be in the same direction.

The tags came out perfect. Recipients loved them.

The luggage tags were better than I expected but the strap on the tags were flimsy & I hope they don't come apart.

The item is perfect!

I would have a better view if this order was handled a little better. Asking for pictures, etc…. Shouldn’t be required. My explanation of what was wrong was easily fixable with just my email.

The printing and photo imaging quality was great. I would order these again.

They were ordered Nov 21 received 13 days later. Ordered 10 got 6 four that were wrong contacted them on Dec 4 and it it 13 days later and they have not corrected the issue yet. Still 2 out of 10 and still waiting. Don’t order from this company. Awful service

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Didn’t get product on time. Not even close!! FOR CHRISTMAS! I chose Zazzle bc I looked at the production time and then the shipping time and even added in a cushion; I did NOT order last minute. And STILL, Zazzle couldn’t deliver. I reached out early when the product didn’t come. I kept every communication and every step made for Proof. They DONT CARE!! Offered me some stupid discount on future spending with Zazzle. Like that does anything but give them more profit. Certainly doesn’t resolve the issue. Like they can’t access over night shipping for ZAZZLE’S MISTAKES?! Please. If they cared, they would have made an effort to resolve instead of throwing stupid stuff at me in hopes it will be ok. Effort from Zazzle would have resolved their error. But no.
