Exactly what was requested

Easy to personalize, thick plastic, quality printing, & arrived in time for the wedding! The one thing I was surprised about, is that it's two pieces of printed paper, sandwiched between two pieces of plastic. I thought it would just be printed on the plastic. They still look great, just not what I was expecting.

Colors are as expected and there is no bleeding. Looks sharp!

Maybe I didn't read the description well enough but I was expecting a faux leather tag and this was actually a high quality laminate tag. I love it! It almost looks made of glass!

These are great luggage tags. I've ordered them twice now as I liked the first order so much. They could make the strap a little wider and stronger. I am afraid, the way baggage handlers handle bags, that the strap may not hold up. But, for the price, I can afford to get new ones if that happens! Lovely product.

Printing was fantastic!

So many possibilities... from a photo memory to the color-perfect graphic to match a room's décor, these light switch covers are just great! The lucite-like plastic is very sturdy and hefty, way more "quality feel" than typical plastic switch covers.

Printing is crisp and clear. My image was actually enhanced by being encased in the heavy lucite.

Placed in our vacation rental garden. So cute!

I customized this item only on one side. I didn't realize the "sample" info on the back side would be printed as well -- you have to delete the "sample" customization if you don't want any. So needless to say, was not happy to have nonsense on the back side. I called customer support and they credited my account for the amount I paid. I asked if it would be possible to get a code for 50% off, which was the offer I had when I bought it -- otherwise I would be paying for it all over again. So they even gave me a 50% off code. Unfortunately, when I reordered and tried to use both the 50% off code and the credit on my account, it wouldn't work--the checkout would only take one thing or the other. So I called customer service again and got a different code, and the rep stayed on the line until the order completed with no additional cost to me. Absolutely no complaints, no risk. The quality of this item seems really durable--it's really rigid, thick double-layer plastic, yet lightweight. The customized bit is on stock that is sandwiched between the two layers. Seems like it should hold up really well. 100% satisfied customer, after using Zazzle three times.

Printing is crystal clear, very sharp. Super happy with it.

Functional & beautiful! I'm extremely happy with how this personalized tray turned out. We have a bunch of remotes lying all over our family room & have an ottoman that doesn't allow us to put any drinks down on it, so when I found this - HAD to order it!

The colors selected match the furniture in the our family room (where we'll be using it in) and match our wedding colors! I will likely order this again as a gift for friends.
