This was a gift for an aunt of three, my son on one side, nieces on the other with their names, I had to order two, the first one I misspelled a name wrong without knowing, zazzle gave me credit for the product and I was able to replace it at no cost and keep the old one as well.

I used this tag to customize info for medical device that was being checked on airline. Perfect way to let airline know it is a medical device (thus no baggage charge) and provide passenger info.
