I was disappointed when the ornament I received was much darker in color than the picture I submitted shows. It is hard to distinguish any details of my cat, it is more of a dark blob.

The color was very dark, much darker than the picture I submitted. I have purchased these types of ornaments from other companies in the past and had the same problem. I would end up returning them, but there never was much change in the re-done product, which is why I am not bothering to return it.

These are even better than I expected. They are very heavy duty and should last for several years. When I was ordering them I searched for items from Northern Ireland and was so pleased to find this picture of the Giant's Causeway.

The printing turned out exactly like I wanted it to. It shows up very well. I ordered several different pictures so I had the perfect one for everyone in the family.

We order ornaments every year and I think this one is my favorite one.

The photo is the clearest photo we have gotten on one of these ornaments so far.

This is a great idea for that first Christmas as a married couple. The hardest thing is just making a decision about which photo to use!

I travel quite frequently, and have lost sooo many luggage tags. I think this set is going to stay put! Such outstanding quality! I do not see how even the most brutal airline luggage handlers can rip these babies off my bags!

The product looks very messy, as you can see in the photo, the white part where it's personalized is over run by the other designs and colors. I was very disappointed and plan on asking for a different product design or money back. My daughter's bday is in a couple of days and she will be disappointed not to get what she was asking for. Looked nice in the ad.
