Love the tag, bold color exactly as I wanted however lots of trouble with customer service that ultimately ended in me giving up after many 'glad we could help' statements after no help. to be fair its not a problem most people would have. ( I am a seller here as well and it was about transferring my income to payment which never actually happened after several emails) but it does look great, probably wont order from here again but if you're planning to pay full price anyway go for it.

I am amazed at how beautiful it is! I of course thought it was really pretty, that's why I ordered it ... the colors & design went with the room I was going to put it in. But when I opened the wrapping I was truly shocked at the colors, the design ... even the quality of the switch plate itself. It could have been a slice of thin plastic with an imprint on it. Instead it was a reinforced beautifully designed tiny little wall hanging.

The product itself is fabulous - I loved that I could say what went on it- it's durable and will look the high quality it is when hanging on the tree...but I ordered, paid for faster mailing, week later still no product - but the Post office had it in your area had it - when I called Emmanual was very helpful - then Monday, Dec. I received the first order that was postmarked Nov. 23! Yikes something needs to be better - I'm worried because I have 4 other products on order!

The printing quality is great - love it!

The ornament is a pretty design with a very cute ribbon. It's solid feeling (hard plastic) without the risk of breakage you get with a ceramic ornament. Very happy with it.
