The product is really nice. I made an error on the printing and was very happy to find out that Zazzle stands by their guarantee. They didn't reprint the time with my corrections but did offer me a refund without any hassle.

I actually ordered the acrylic by mistake, so compared to the ceramic one I ordered a few years ago I was disappointed. I had to check on the order as no info of shipping 7 days out. After checking they mailed it the next day, so maybe the rushed the making of it. However it looks rather cheap, two pieces of acrylic put together with a picture in the middle. Basically a child in grade school could have probably put this together better. The sides were still a little dusty or smeared looking from where it was put together. Had to wipe the sides to clean it up, but still looks rather rough. If you want an oval ornament I recommend the oval ceramic one, which was lovely when I got it two years ago...this one a mistake in selection, which wasn't a happy good mistake. Save your money it looks cheap up close. It is not gift worthy for sure! I give this 1 star.

The photo print looked good with no issues on how that turned out, the combined product however doesn't do a photo justice in my opinion, therefore I give this 2 stars only because it ask about printing and I can't tell an issue with that.

This product never arrived no one will responded to my emails. I will not be ordering from Zazzle again! I have ordered in the past and never had any issues. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now I have to go to the mall and get some random ornament as getting an ornament for Christmas with your name on it has been a tradition. It says it shipped, but no shipping information is available and like I said no one will respond to my emails about my order.

The selling point for me what that this is a two sided key chain so I could use a different picture on each side. It seems to be of good quality that should last since keychains can get roughed up from use. The size is great as well - making the photos very easy to see.

The colors and picture quality turned out precisely as they are in the original photographs. The size of the keychain makes it easy to see the photograph clearly.

I love that I was able to completely customize these. I didn't realize from the picture that they're printed on a very thick piece of plastic, which makes them extremely durable and sturdy.

I did not expect such a strong, quality luggage tag. It had a nice strap to attach to the handle of the luggage. The tag itself seemed undestructable.

The printed name, phone # and email address had a lovely script and were printed clearly. I loved the beautiful praying mantis graphic-so sharp and colorful.
