I got this key chain on sale at $12. I thought for that price it'd be good quality. It is awful and felt so cheap giving it out as Xmas presents. The pictures have spots in it and the front and back aren't lined up properly. Not only that the sides expose the pictures so if it gets wet I forsee it getting ruined.

Despite looking centered in the preview the writting is not centered.

When I received my order 2 of the 8 were printed upside down so I called their customer service and they made it right by rushing a "redo" of the 2 tags and express shipping them to me to arrive in time for Christmas gift. I was not hassled with having to return the other two.

I have ordered this same product in the past and received the items 2 weeks after placing my order. I ordered these luggage tags on Nov 27th and have still not received the order. I have e-mailed customer service twice and was told over a week ago that the items would be delivered to me soon. I am extremely unhappy with how long this has taken as I have 2 family members who will be receiving their christmas gifts late this year, that's IF i ever receive my order.

The product hasn't even arrived yet so what am I supposed to write? I ordered it the 7th, it said it would come the 21st, and it's the 26th now. I wrote an email the 22nd about this issue and I have yet to get a reply. I'm highly disappointed because I've never had an issue like this while ordering online. This is my first and last time ordering from Zazzle. Because of the delay I was the only one without a present. Imagine how embarassing that was for me...also this is my fifth time trying to post this review because the last 2 times it told me to sign in to my account when I already did.

Like I said it hasn't even arrived so I don't know how it looks.
