The ornament looks great and arrived quickly. One complaint is that I was given the option to personalize by picking a picture for the front and back of the ornament, however only the front picture was printed. I was disappointed to see that my back picture did not come on the ornament.

The printing looks wonderful and I'm very happy with the look of the ornament!

Product was excellent. Very pleased with end result.

The ornament turned out to be just two pieces of plastic with pictures in between. The edges of the pictures are exposed. I ordered the product on 12/8 and it didn't arrive until 12/19. I thought it was going to be something special with the extended time it took. I order another ornament on the same day with the picture actually on the ceramic that arrived a week earlier.

The picture quality was fine.

I spent a lot of time choosing the pictures and designing the key chains. They all looked great on the screen. When I received them (I ordered 5 key chains in one order), ALL the pictures were messed up, the pictures were shifted to the edge, plastic sides of some of them were curved, and the paper was sticking out. It looked like a very CHEAP product made by very sloppy people. I spent over an hour trying to get hold of an agent. Customer service was good, Orla listened to all my complains, re-ordered my order and assured me that all of my concerns would be addressed. In a couple of days I got my order. Out of 5 key chains only 2 came out MORE or LESS ok, the rest 3 were messed up again, and quality of all of them was very poor again. I spent another hour on the phone being on hold. And again, customer service was good, this time I spoke to Orlaith-Marie. She again assured me that all the complains would be heard and I would get my re-ordered order in one day. It NEVER happened. Not only I didn’t receive my order by Christmas, but it was never recorded as an order. It didn’t come by Christmas or the next day, or after that. When I tried to contact the company I’ve learnt that they were CLOSED till after the New Year. It’s ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I will complain and DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!

was plastic, wasn't even ceramic like it said, also I ordered this almost 2 weeks before Christmas and it didn't come in time to give as a gift.

This product took almost 2 weeks to ship. It came on Christmas eve after I had left for the holidays. I haven't been able to give it as a gift yet. VERY disappointed!

This ornament is a great little gift to give. The picture was clear, the ornament was lightweight, and the picture was straight.

Great quality, I know it will last a long time. Amount paid for this keychain was worth it. The product was bigger than I thought but the person I gave it to still enjoyed it as did I.

I have not received this yet...it is now 7 days passed the due date it was suppose to arrive. I should have received it 12/22/15.

Not sure on that as I have not received it.....very disappointed that no one at ups could give me any news except it went to the local postoffice for delivery. USPS had no record of it when I checked 12/26/15 with their system.

Good quality glass, shipped very well and came in undamaged

beautiful and good quality. I really liked it and my sister really enjoy the picture of our dog in it :) so beautiful she doesn't want to really use it, so it doesn't get scratched lol :(

the product was great, good quality. The letters were very little dark, below the acrylic, but not a problem for me.

Easy to create. Shipped quickly considering it was holiday time. It was acrylic not porcelain. Loved the shape, which I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

One of images (2 sided) came out perfect, the other a little dark.
