I love my product is a perfect match for my luggage, however my last name was spell wrong when I called customer service the inform me that I have to reorder and go thru the entire process again.

I ordered two custom luggage tags for a costume I am making-sounds weird but so is the costume. Both sides of the tags have a different quote on them and they are far nicer than I expected. I am very pleased with these.

The printing was clear and exactly as the proof showed. Colors were crisp and as pictured.

This image was easy to edit and adjust. I was able to move the map to fit the personalizing so that everything fit within the printing limits. This also allows for personalization on the back, so I was able to have the name and address printed on the back.

The printing and the map came out exactly as it appeared on the order. Excellent quality.

I love how the tag turned out with my pix. I put my pix on both sides. I thought that the tag opens up so that we can put our info on the paper inside, but, I don't see how the tag opens up. I didn't print my info on the tags, I just put pics on both sides. So I will still put them on my luggage because they look cool. Quality is very good, nice thick hard plastic. I might get a different strap though, because it seems a bit flimsy and thin. I can see it breaking off.

The quality more than met my expectations. Very thick plastic. Should be quite durable. The retro cat design is amazing. Really fun! I bought this as a gift for a cat lover and they loved it.

Very durable construction. Should last a long time. Somewhat concerned that the leather or vinyl strap will come unfastened during use. If it is not pulled taught, the buckle can become unfastened. Maybe a heavy plastic strap (the type with a plastic peg that fits into a corresponding hole on the other side would stay fastened better? Otherwise, looks great!

This Luggage tag, which we deem as an INSTRUMENT CASE TAG, because we purchased them for our new little music shop, is RAD! Seeing our logo on something is so exciting ~ FULL OF PRIDE WE ARE! The quality of it is great, the printing clear! Just wish the strap felt a bit stronger and was a tick wider. Other than that,,,they'll be perfect!

I have ordered several clipboards from this seller as gifts and were very well received. The clipboard is thick and very durable. I expect it to last a long time.
