I had a 5x7 bicycling picture I want to frame for our refrigerator. This item headlines 5x7, but it does say "fits 4x6 photos" at the end of the description - my bad for not noticing that. So, can't say they didn't warn me but when I search for frames I'm using the photo size to search on - the actual size of the frame is an unknown. Kinda like a "gallon" bottle that really only holds 60 oz of liquid...

The green I selected on screen looked more like black in the delivered product. Worse, I selected white for the text, which looks great - but that did not cause the bicycles on the lower right and left to turn white. So, you can barely see them - it really does not look like a bicycle frame, just a frame. That is probably something I missed, but I don't remember having a chance to change the color of the bicycle art on the frame.

They are great. Good quality and the entire process from order to delivery was seamless.

Product looked great. I bought Mr. & Mrs. tags to put on luggage I bought for a bridal shower for of course the bride and groom and everyone thought they were adorable as well as a great idea. We even used the brides suitcase to fill with travel necessities so it was easily recognizable.

Printing and quality of the product was great. It's thick so it'll be fine with all the wear and tear our luggage pieces receive during traveling.

This is probably the best luggage tag I own. Not only did I create it myself, but it's well made. The tag itself is durable and I love that I was able to have my name and phone number printed on the back. The strap may be a little wishy-washy, but I can always find a better strap so I won't lose my tag.

This is my 3rd luggage tag I have had customized and they all have looked great. The leather strap has held up well and tags haven't gotten lost yet!
