This is well made. The clear plastic casing is sturdy and protects the front and back pictures. I like that it's double-sided, so I always see a picture regardless of how it hangs. Other key chains I've seen are only one-sided. The chain itself is totally sturdy (not plastic like some I've seen) and won't come loose from the fob.

The images came out as i expected and had good image quality.

Had to have this re made as the template would default to the same typing as on the front side when creating a different impression and writing on the back. After speaking with an associate they were able to do something with the layering so that I could create two different sides. The remake was free and turned out beautiful.

Had this made twice as doing two seperate sides has a default in the layout. After an associate "fixed" the layering issues it turned out perfect,
