Printing came out excellent...colors are so vibrant

This is printed on two sides, which is nice, except that my graphic on the second side was printed upside down. But the real issue is something that didn't even occur to me until I received the tag I ordered as a test - there's no way for the person using the tag to write their name etc on it. I was assuming it would have a slip of paper inside that could be slid out, but no, it's just a two-sided bit of plastic with your graphics on either side. If you're only ordering 1 of these for yourself, you can conceivably upload a graphic of your name/address/phone, so it becomes actually useful as a luggage tag. But if you're looking for a logo'd luggage tag for your customers, this won't work. Otherwise the quality of the materials and printing is good.

It’s pretty, sturdy, waterproof, and will survive the abuses of the airport luggage handlers.

The print was clear and crisp but the tag was a little smaller than I thought it would be, it’s about the size of a regular business card with rounded edges. It doesn’t bother me that it’s smaller, I just wanted a nicer luggage tag and it’s doing that job just fine.

Ordered product and paid for rush production and shipping to receive in time for a work event. No response from Zazzle on status and I will not receive my order in time which is an embarrassment that I won’t have the items for a company event. Paid WAY too much for a wasted product. Have always had good luck with this company but my experience with this order has ruined my trust in this company for any future orders.

I specifically ordered from you due to the delivery date of 4/10. I had to go on your website to pull up my order to see it’s now arriving the day we fly out! No email notification ? That is not good customer service! I’m sure we will be pleased with them but certainly not for this vacation.

I was able to customize my luggage tag with pics I had created on my photoshop program, giving me exactly what I wanted. The price was the same as non-customized tags. I was very pleased with the result and intend to purchase more. With this distinctive and eye-catching tag, my luggage is easy to spot on an airline carousel.

This is so much nicer/cleaner looking than the dry erase board tracker I had made myself and had been using for years! Only issue is the pen holder placement. It's not in an ideal spot for my needs, but it's not the end of the world! Still works so much better than what we had before and looks great!
