Purchased as gift for a friend who was planning a trip and thought this appropriate in order to spot luggage.

Chose this design because the colors were some of the recipient's favorite colors and the printing was spot on. Recipient was very pleased with item.

Purchased as gift for someone who likes colors and this tag stands out in a crowd.

Colors were true to the design and the recipient LOVED IT! The only error was a slight misprint of one word in address line, but one that would not be noticed if anyone were to quickly read the address.

The picture and the print job are beautiful, which is the only reason I gave three stars instead of two. The tag is NOT one solid piece of acrylic, but rather the printed picture is sandwiched between two pieces of acrylic. I can actually stick my nail between the two pieces and a bit of the picture hangs out around the edges. I guess for the price they are ok, but they won't last long, for sure.

The printing is beautiful, the colors are crisp.

Did this for my nephew to use on his school backpack. He LOVES it. The quality is really good - very sturdy. I will order more.

This is described as being printed on BOTH sides...it it NOT. the wolf picture is on the side you write on, the other side is completely white.

The ornament looks great and arrived quickly. One complaint is that I was given the option to personalize by picking a picture for the front and back of the ornament, however only the front picture was printed. I was disappointed to see that my back picture did not come on the ornament.

The printing looks wonderful and I'm very happy with the look of the ornament!

Product was excellent. Very pleased with end result.

The ornament turned out to be just two pieces of plastic with pictures in between. The edges of the pictures are exposed. I ordered the product on 12/8 and it didn't arrive until 12/19. I thought it was going to be something special with the extended time it took. I order another ornament on the same day with the picture actually on the ceramic that arrived a week earlier.

The picture quality was fine.

I spent a lot of time choosing the pictures and designing the key chains. They all looked great on the screen. When I received them (I ordered 5 key chains in one order), ALL the pictures were messed up, the pictures were shifted to the edge, plastic sides of some of them were curved, and the paper was sticking out. It looked like a very CHEAP product made by very sloppy people. I spent over an hour trying to get hold of an agent. Customer service was good, Orla listened to all my complains, re-ordered my order and assured me that all of my concerns would be addressed. In a couple of days I got my order. Out of 5 key chains only 2 came out MORE or LESS ok, the rest 3 were messed up again, and quality of all of them was very poor again. I spent another hour on the phone being on hold. And again, customer service was good, this time I spoke to Orlaith-Marie. She again assured me that all the complains would be heard and I would get my re-ordered order in one day. It NEVER happened. Not only I didn’t receive my order by Christmas, but it was never recorded as an order. It didn’t come by Christmas or the next day, or after that. When I tried to contact the company I’ve learnt that they were CLOSED till after the New Year. It’s ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I will complain and DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!

This product took almost 2 weeks to ship. It came on Christmas eve after I had left for the holidays. I haven't been able to give it as a gift yet. VERY disappointed!

Great quality, I know it will last a long time. Amount paid for this keychain was worth it. The product was bigger than I thought but the person I gave it to still enjoyed it as did I.
