We bought this to help commemorate a much anticipated trip form my mother-in-law. Now, she can remember her amazing trip to Ireland whenever she travels anywhere! I loved the colors and it was really cool that we could move the map to be placed on the tag exactly where we wanted (centered around Dublin). She received it on time and loved it - what more could we ask for? I had it shipped directly to her, so I didn't get to see the tag in person, but she like it when we saw her open it. I can't give it a 5 only because I didn't see the quality of the leather strap for myself. But a solid 4 for sure - definitely worth the price.

I purchased this adorable ornament for my daughter and her first born child. I had it personalized with Mommy and baby’s names on the front and a message on the back. I put it around the neck of the baby stuffed elephant (like a necklace)and my husband and I gave it to them in the hospital. My daughter thought it was precious. It is very well made and is built to last for many years to come. I am very happy with it!

I absolutely LOVE this product. I custom designed it as a gift and the person asked me if I could order more for them because they were so pleased. The most impressive part is how heavy the bag tag is. It is NOT a light weight cheap product as all. It is heavy and very expensive looking. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Got this ornament for my 4 year old son. It's a nice clear picture and durable. I like to get ornaments for him every year and like them to resemble something he enjoyed in that year. Love to be able to personalize ornaments with both name and year.

Got this ornament for our 6 year old for Christmas as we like to get them one every year and if we can get them personalized with name and year it's a plus. I always try to find ornaments that resemble what they are interested in - in that specific year. This year it was Moana - the price was very reasonable and these seem durable. The ornament was dropped onto the carpet and it didn't do a thing to the ornament. Very pleased

One of the luggage tag I ordered had a zipcode error. I went on line and filled out the form and included a photo. I have received and email that credit will be shown on my account and I can reorder the product. That kind of courtsey is very much appreciated.

Printing was fine. there was an error in the zipcode, which we need to get fixed by ordering a new product. Professional courtsey was offered which is very much appreciated.

This is an excellent way to capture the year for the future. Each child will get an ornament for each year when he starts putting up his own tree.

Printing design options are good for these ornaments. Just have to figure out how they work.
