The personalization was great. I ordered this for my son who happens to coach for a living. Instead of using is his first name I just printed 'COACH' in the line that was labeled 'first name'. It turned out just as I'd hoped.

Print on both sides turned out well

It is sort of heavy. Looks nice. The lace gets undo easily so the ornament me slip and fall off the tree. Secure well so it stays hung.

The printing turned out great! I did one with too small a print and it came out sort of blurry. All others I ordered with larger fonts were great.

so i used Zazzle for a lot of my wedding stationary items....napkins, wedding party info, snap codes, and tons of other signage. I did use another online invitation maker who shall not be named and they SUCKED. Zazzle, you're doing something right!!! I had to reorder one item and it was a mistake on my part, I literally didn't even wait a week for the reprint to show up....it's like someone noticed that i was a reorder with edits and expidited it or something. I have loved every single item I have purchased with y'all and I will continue to order invitations and other stationary with you and only you. This particular item warmed my heart. The ease of uploading pictures and modifying/editing is awesome. and this is now my favorite ornament for our tree! Thank you so much! The quality of the product is better than I anticipated and is now displayed front and center! Happy New Year!!! Perhaps the next invitations will be for baby shower invitations!!!! eeeeek!!!! :)

Design and quality was qreat. Just would have liked to have printing on both sides of tags, only one tag allowed printing on both sides.

This luggage tag is the best! It's made out of a really durable material & is heavier than most luggage tags. My only concern is the strap it comes w/ to attach it to a handle. I switched it out to a chain type because I was worried it wouldn't stay secure I during baggage handling on & off the airplane.

The printing is very crisp & legible.
