Service is excellent. Desk plate is basically a plexy glass bar with a colored sticker on the back. Looks nice though. I was deceived by the website saying " ZAZZLE.CA" It is not in Canada. Recipient will like it.

This is a beautiful luggage tag, it's well made and looks expensive but it's not.

it arrived broken and unusable -- i emailed and never received a response orr a replacement. i have been a long time client and expected better. please replace the item and ship in a box, not an envelope.

Ordered for a friend moving out of the country. It looks even better in person. Very nice finish. Ordered express delivery. The tracking was difficult but arrived prior to their departure.

This is the greatest gift. I uploaded a photo of my grandson and gave him this personalized luggage tag to use for his graduation vacation. They are perfect and high quality. They come with a nice buckled strap, but to be sure I also zip tie them to the luggage.

Great product! Highly recommend!! I first ordered the canvas print. It arrived damaged and not stretched properly. I then replaced it with the acrylic print. What a difference!! So vivid and colorful. I will order acrylic prints from now on instead of the usual canvas that i have been ordering for years. It is very heavy so hanging it with the included board was a little challenging but well worth it.

Looks amazing. I love the way my art looks in acrylic, especially a retro style like this.

The clipboard image is lovely but the clip board clip is attached by an adhesive strip only, i. e no rivets, which came off immediately. The claim of "..holding up to 1.27 cm of paper..." is patently wrong. Closer examination of the web site image does show it without a rivet, so caveat emptor. But for such premium priced product this is still disappointing.

Item just as ordered! Bigger than I anticipated, so it was great!

The clipboard back seemed very solid, and I appreciated the quality (it seemed very solid, and the images were crisp). But, the actual clip is not physically attached (there seems to just be an adhesive strip used to stick it on to the board). Trying to use the clipboard, the clip snaps off, and the first time, I was left with a mild abrasion. Customer service was responsive, and shipped a new item, indicating they would try to fix the issue, but the replacement was identical. The clip should be attached with rivets or something. I'd only recommend this if you are giving it to someone who will only use it as decoration (if they won't actually use it as a clipboard).
