the picture came out dark and when i was doing the tags my picture is light and that's how it came out and now receiving it, it is dark.

The custom nameplate I ordered is heavy and well-made. I noticed that the marble look is more of a marble patterned background rather than a full marble pattern, but overall I am very satisfied with this. I think it will be a great present for my friend! I also loved the options for customizing it. This was easy to customize and the shipping time wasn't too bad--but it is important to remember that with any custom item, it will take some time.

The design turned out great! I was expecting the whole piece to have a marble look to it, which it does not, though. Instead, it has a marble patterned backing sheet or something. I can tell when looking at the side, but straight on it looks like in the online picture. Overall, I am happy with the product.

I I was looking for something meaningful and unique for my dad. He has started traveling again at 79 years old. After 33 years in the military I knew I wanted something that reflected him. So we bought him a new suitcase for Christmas and I thought he needs luggage tags. I looked EVERYWHERE and finally came across these. Perfect!!!! Him exactly! Can’t wait for him to open them! I ordered one and as soon as I saw it in person I ordered a second. These luggage tags are VERY WELL MADE, STRONG, and come with a leather strap. I expect them to last!

The background is a darker gray, the images sharp and clear! Wish I could post a picture but they are already wrapped.
