My sketch of this stern woman tries to capture the toughness and no nonsense personality of a few receptionist I have encountered in my life. Smartly dressed in orange and pink with flamboyant hair she sets limits and stands by them.
And here she is in another role, wishing happy birthday to someone she knows. I am glad she can please him today.

I did not notice the back had to be altered, therefore it came printed with a made up addresses already on the back. the printing looks great
