U is for Underwater Utopia For as long as I could remember we lived above the ocean on land, we lived the good life, but polluted the air. It was so bad, that we couldn't see more than a few feet. Thick plumes of dark black smoke covered everything. The government had a meeting to decide what we should do about it, and they came up with a plan. We will build under the water, in the ocean. While many opposed this idea, they had to agree because it was impossible to breathe, and so now we live under the sea. Air is piped in from another location, and life is pretty good now.
