Move the hearts to your town location and update the town name. Choose background, font, heart, & state colours and rotate the dashed line and you are done! I ordered these with interiors of yellow, red, maroon, pink, navy blue, and light blue. Note that the navy blue is VERY dark and looks black in some lighting.
