Starry Night Over the River Rhone (by van Gogh) Two-Tone Coffee Mug

This design features a painting by the Dutch Post-Impressionist artist Vincent van Gogh (1853–1890), who is widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in the history of Western art. It is a landscape painting, showing the French city of Arles at night from the bank of the River Rhône. The scene van Gogh chose for his painting allowed him to capture the reflections of the gas lighting in Arles across the glimmering blue water of the Rhône. In the foreground of the painting, a man and woman, who are perhaps two lovers, stroll by the banks of the river. The original artwork was produced in 1888, and it is now housed in the Musée d'Orsay, Paris, France.

I ordered these with interiors of yellow, red, maroon, pink, navy blue, and light blue. Note that the navy blue is VERY dark and looks black in some lighting.
